Past Governor Neil Fraser hands over to District Governor Drew Hughes. At the handover dinner in the Glynhill hotel, Renfrew, Governor Drew Hughes called on Rotarians in District 1230 to prove that 'Rotary Shares'. He also called on all clubs to ensure they shared a sense of fun as they face their projects and challenges in the year ahead.
